Wow, 15 years.

The MHC turns 15 this year and with that comes many milestones that have been reached. We want the whole club as well as families and supporters and past members and sponsors and friends to celebrate! 

We have decided to throw a party at the pitch, which will coincide with the club’s semi-finals on Sunday, August 15th.  The day will feature great hurling (think… best four teams competing for a spot in the club finals), families, great food, music, and a huge, wonderful, 15-years-in-the-building celebration. 
 
For the past 14 years the MHC has held the Hurler’s Ball to essentially bid adieu to the season.  But with our 15th year being such a big deal, we wanted to make sure as many people attended as possible.
 
The team is feverishly working out the details on food, entertainment and all the other work that goes into something like this.  If you would like to help please let us know.

Save the date!

Mark this on your calendars folks – the 1st annual MHC Band Night will be taking place on Friday, July 30th at The Irish Pub! The club has a lot of talented musicians that will be bringing their groups together for this very entertaining event.

Please see Michael Bathke if you have a band and are interested in participating. We will also need volunteers for the night.

Practice – Thursday, July 1st – 6 pm until 8 pm – Brown Deer Park, picnic area #2. The round robin immediately following practice will take place at County Clare, located at 1234 N. Astor St.

Reminder – there will be no MHC matches this coming Sunday, July 4th in observance of the holiday. Matches will resume on July 11th.
